El sendero asciende desde matorrales de aliso pasando por ruinas a 1858 m y una cascada que se precipita en el amplio valle de Chiapili di Sopra, serpenteando entre campos de bloques y altos pastos alpinos —Alpe Pertica, Alpe Fumetta, Alpe Pianass— con las paredes norte del macizo de Levanne frente a ti durante todo el recorrido. En la cima, cerca de Alpe Comba, se une al antiguo camino real de caza que antaño unía la meseta de Nivolet con Noasca a través del Colle della Terra y el Colle della Porta.
