Moosalp Panoramaweg
A high-plateau circuit above the Rhône Valley, the route passes the small ornamental Breitmattusee and climbs to the viewpoint "Stand," where twelve four-thousander summits — among them the Bietschhorn, Weisshorn, and the Mischabel massif's Dom, Nadelhorn, and Täschhorn — crowd the horizon across the Bernese and Valaisian Alps.

The trail descends from the church in Unterbäch past the Capetsch Kapelle and Hochaschtler to the Wandflüekapelle, a chapel pressed against a steep mountainside thick with wild Scots pines, with gemauerte Kreuzwegstationen (stone-built Stations of the Cross) lining the narrow path. Below, the Rhone valley spreads out in full view before the route reaches Raron.
