Thunder Swamp Trail System
The Thunder Swamp Trail is a 31.7-mile (51.0 km) hiking trail system in Delaware State Forest in the Pocono Mountains region of northeastern Pennsylvania. The 18.3 mile main loop includes a junction with the one-way northeast spur that leads to Stillwater Natural Area; the spur adds 13.4 miles if hiked in both directions.

Tumbling Waters Trail
This trail has it all – an overlook of the Delaware River Valley, Tumbling Waters waterfall, remnants of farms, hemlock forest, mixed forest, a pine plantation, and two ponds.

Ridgeline Trail
The trail wanders through expansive oak-hickory forests, shady hemlock ravines and around numerous seasonal wetlands. Even though the terrain is hilly, much of the area was farmed and rock walls and a stone chimney can be seen along the trail.

Walpack Ridge Trail
This portion of the trail offers some nice views of the valley below. The Walpack Ridge Trail turns left and joins the Military Trail for 0.4 mile before separating from the Military Trail.
