Via Engiadina - Etappe 2
The trail passes through wild valleys north of Lavin and Guarda on narrow paths above the treeline, skirting steep slopes past Alpine rhododendrons and scree fields. It ends at Guarda, called "the most beautiful corner of the world," with sweeping views of the surrounding three-thousand-metre peaks.

Via Engiadina
The Via Engiadina traverses the sunny side of the Engadin in three day stages from Zernez to Ramosch, passing through authentic mountain villages adorned with sgraffito-decorated houses — among them Guarda, Ardez, Sent, and Vnà. Along the way, old ruins and panoramic views of the Engadin mountain world unfold, with food and local specialities available at villages, alpine huts, and mountain restaurants en route.

A Nordic walking loop from Ftan Grond's centre, the route passes the Hôtel Paradis and winds through Ftan's forests before reaching the Institut Haute Alpinité, with sweeping views over the valley along the way.

The trail follows the winterliche Via Engiadina from Ardez — passing the Burg Steinsberg and the ruin Chanoua — to Ftan, with views across to Tarasp and the peaks of Piz Pisoc and its neighbours.
