Het Pools-Tsjechisch Vriendschapspad is een openbaar wandelpad in het Reuzengebergte. Het pad loopt aan beide zijden van de Tsjechisch-Poolse grens, langs de hoofdkam, en kruist of doorkruist alle toppen ervan. Het onderhoud van het pad wordt uitgevoerd door het personeel van beide aangrenzende nationale parken: het Poolse Karkonosze Nationaal Park en het Tsjechische Krkonoše Nationaal Park.
