Via Engiadina - Etappe 2
The trail passes through wild valleys north of Lavin and Guarda on narrow paths above the treeline, skirting steep slopes past Alpine rhododendrons and scree fields. It ends at Guarda, called "the most beautiful corner of the world," with sweeping views of the surrounding three-thousand-metre peaks.

The Via Engiadina traverses the sunny side of the Engadin in three day stages from Zernez to Ramosch, passing through authentic mountain villages adorned with sgraffito-decorated houses — among them Guarda, Ardez, Sent, and Vnà.
