Sentiero del Mulaz "Quinto Scalet"
The trail climbs from Passo Rolle through Val Venegia, passing Capanna Cervino (2084m) and Baita Segantini (2200m) before the path turns steep and rocky toward Mulaz Pass (2619m). Rifugio Giuseppe Volpi di Misurata al Mulaz (2571m) sits between the pass and the summit of Monte Mulaz (2906m), one of the most striking huts in the Pale di San Martino.

The Sentiero delle Farangole cuts through the heart of the Pale di San Martino — the Dolomites' largest concentration of dramatic rock formations — linking the Rosetta hut on a stark high plateau with the Mulaz hut beneath the Focobon. The pass itself is framed by impressive rock spires, with the three-thousander skyline of Cima dei Bureloni, Cima della Vezzana, and Cimòn della Pala rising above Passo Rolle to the north.
