Via Sbrinz
The Via Sbrinz follows an ancient mule track once used by muleteers carrying wheels of Sbrinz cheese over the Grimselpass to markets in northern Italy, a trade route that flourished in the late Middle Ages. Today the path threads past three lakes and two dams, with the Oberhasli hydroelectric works visible along the way.

Obwaldner Höhenweg
The Obwaldner Höhenweg traces a high-level path with sweeping views into the rugged Melchtal valley — territory of eagles and chamois — before crossing Storegg, a historic pass once walked by pilgrims travelling from Obwalden to the monastery village of Engelberg. Along the way, the route passes quaint alp chapels, climbs to Älggialp near the geographical centre of Switzerland, and crests a rock barrier onto the lofty lake plateau of Melchsee-Frutt.

Kugelweg
Colourful wooden balls clatter through channels, tunnels, and funnels at 12 (or 13) marble run stations built by local timber construction companies, strung along a path that alternates between open alpine views and shady forest. The route descends from the Bidmi middle station to the Reuti bottom station, passing a small lake with a barbecue spot and waterfalls along the way.

Muggestutz Zwergenweg Mägisalp - Bidmi
The path descends gently from Mägisalp across alpine meadows and through fir forests, punctuated by story-driven activity stations — among them a pine-cone drying rack, an eagle swing, and a cave — where children can follow the adventures of Muggestutz, the oldest of the Hasli dwarves. Several rest stops along the way are equipped for open-air grilling.
