The Via Engiadina traverses the sunny side of the Engadin in three day stages from Zernez to Ramosch, passing through authentic mountain villages adorned with sgraffito-decorated houses — among them Guarda, Ardez, Sent, and Vnà. El sendero asciende desde Alp Zeznina Dadaint (1960 m) —el punto de partida alpino sobre Lavin— a través de la meseta de lagos Macun, un enclave del Parque Nacional Suizo donde 23 lagos de montaña se extienden por el terreno de alta montaña.
