Mühlen am Brunnbach
This trail follows the Brunnbach stream through nearly 1,000 years of water-powered industry, passing eight interpretive stations that document grain mills, sawmills, iron hammer works, and the wire-drawing operation that exported Draht across Europe for 300 years. By 1929, nineteen commercial enterprises once lined just 5.5 km of this creek — their turbines eventually bringing electric light to Thalgau as early as 1916.
