Grubbründlweg
The trail leads from Anger through the apple-orchard landscape of eastern Styria to the Grubbründl Chapel, a small sanctuary whose origins trace back to a 17th-century apparition of the Virgin Mary and whose walls hold numerous thanksgivings for reported miraculous healings. Rebuilt in the early 1980s, the chapel stands as the quiet focal point of a route that passes through one of Austria's most celebrated fruit-growing regions.
