Gschnitztaler Hüttentour
A seven-day circuit around the mountaineering village of Gschnitztal — known locally as the "valley of huts" — this route threads through largely untouched landscape far from crowded trails, with sweeping views opening repeatedly to the jagged peaks of the Stubai Alps, including the Habicht, the Feuersteine, the Tribulaune, and the Serles. Each night ends at a mountain hut where owners serve authentic regional cuisine, most huts having retained their original character to this day.

Knapp unterhalb der imposanten Brennerspitze führt der Weg über eine mit Almrosen und Heidelbeersträuchern bewachsene Ebene zum Naturschauplatz Hühnerspiel, wo eine karusselartige Rastbank einen 360-Grad-Panoramablick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft ermöglicht. Der Großteil der Route verläuft auf Forstweg und Rodelbahn, vorbei an der Milderaunalm und der Brandstattalm.

The Jubiläumssteig climbs the Kirchdachspitze — the highest elevation in the Serleskamm ridge separating the Gschnitztal from the Pinnis and Stubaital valleys — ascending from the Pinnisalm through the wildly romantic Pinnistal valley. The trail winds up the mountain in serpentines with relatively few wire rope protections, passing through high-alpine terrain to reach the summit at 2,775 m.
