東海自然歩道（とうかいしぜんほどう）は、東京都八王子市高尾の明治の森高尾国定公園から大阪府箕面市箕面の明治の森箕面国定公園までの11都府県約90市町村に跨る、長さ1,697.2 kmの長距離自然歩道である。日本における長距離自然歩道の第1号である。
